Cochran recently played host to a visit by longstanding customer, Xuzhou Tobacco. Mr Wong and Mr Hao from Xuzhou were in Annan to inspect progress on the manufacture of their latest purchase, a 20t/h twin furnace Thermax boiler for their new facility in China’s Jiangsu province. They have previously purchased three Cochran units of similar size for their existing factory. The boilers are fitted with Cochran’s Equinox burners and heat recovery economisers for optimum efficiency.
Our Project Manager, Eric Daglish, hosted the visit and commented “Xuzhou have been pleased with the reliability and performance of their existing units and the local support from the Cochran field engineers based in China and we were their first choice for the new unit. It is a busy time for our team in China as they are also currently finishing the installation of four very similar units at another new factory for Shanghai Tobacco, which were delivered earlier this year”
